Consisting of 4 super deep and gorgeous tracks made during the pandemic lockdowns in 2020. Kicking off with Loungin which kinda sounds like Mike Sharon, moving over to The Real Groove for a more minimal approach with a lovely groove, to the sublime Curfew. Sampling his own voice in the process to end with the floaty yet moody November.

Lockdowns and curfews

The Real Groove came to be when Rawdio – as most of us globally – was in lockdown during the recent pandemic. Spending a lot of time in the studio creating new tracks. When he hit us up with these tracks all we needed was 1 hour to listen as we instantly decided to take em on. Some of his best production work to date in our opinion and it looks like he’s just getting to the ideal cruising speed.

Rawdio goes broad on his first full ep entitled Soft Mood.

Rawdio has been working his production magic for some years already. Steadily growing his skills along the way. Not only does he produce music, he also runs House Cookin and Tentacle Records from his home base Vilvoorde.

Lately, his productions have been released by some noteworthy labels like iRecords or No Fuss, and there are even bigger ones coming. (sorry can’t say more, nor will I steal his scoop :p). He’s also released on Moiss, Whoyostro, and we’ve had him first appear or our ‘The Dandy Selects Vol.9’ compilation with Summertunes. This follow up, his first full ep for the label, ticked all our boxes and voilà!
